With resolve and persistence, we successfully established Lebanon’s National Sea Turtle Day on May 5th. I am truly proud and deeply moved by this milestone. It marks a national recognition of the vital role these creatures play in our coastal ecosystem, and a step forward in protecting our natural heritage. Words can hardly express the joy and pride I feel for this accomplishment.
